08 June 2008: Kickboxing Seminar
Not to be missed seminar with Kickboxing World Champion Andy Burton. The seminar will cover footwork, ring craft, combinations, range control and conditioning. You will require full sparring equipment and bring along some focus mitts if you have them.
The seminar will be split into two times slots, Juniors: 11am - 12pm @ £5 and Adults: 12pm - 1.30pm @ £10. The seminar will be held at Mortimer CA, Reading Road, South Shields, NE33 4UG. Download Seminar Poster 789KB
18 May 2008: New Gateshead Club
K.I.C.K has now opened a new club in Eglin Sports Centre, Gateshead with the launch of the club on Sunday, 18th May 2008. Please see training times for further details. All current members from the Durham class can train for free for 4 weeks (ending Sun, 8th June inclusive).
